Yajie Xin has 14 years of legal experience and has been deeply involved in the financial institutions and state-owned enterprise business sector. She has extensive experience in areas such as general legal services for financial institutions and state-owned enterprises, syndicated loans, domestic guarantees for foreign loans, asset securitization, various types of bonds, trust plans, insurance asset management plans, structured financing, investment, financing, M&A, asset disposal, bankruptcy liquidation, and litigation and arbitration. Combining her in-depth research and practical experience in the entire business chain of both types of clients, Ms. Xin provides high-quality, efficient, and professional services. The projects she involved in have been rated as classic cases within the central enterprise groups on multiple occasions.
Ms. Xin is an executive director of the China International Trade Association, a director of the AOPA Association, and an expert of the AOPA Finance Committee, as well as a member of the legal team for institutions such as China National Chemical Corporation, China State Construction Engineering Corporation, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Bank of Shanghai, Haitong Securities, and Bank of Communications Financial Leasing. She has published the monograph Interpretation of Legal Rules on Asset Securitization.
